Addition Financial: CC-501

I know there's been an ongoing issue with downloading but cannot find any recent update. I just tried to Activate One Step Update yet again and received this error, and the following error message that I've continued to see:
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to connect to the Quicken servers at this time. Do not contact Addition Financial for assistance. They cannot fix this problem.

That said, this has been going on for months. This is my primary banking activity. I certainly hope there will be no annual charge for this "service" since I'm not receiving what I've paid for as it stands.

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you have been experiencing this error with your Addition Financial account(s). 

    I have found a Support Article that discusses some steps to take when presented with a CC-501 error. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. 

    As per the FAQ: 

    If this occurs when updating an account

    Please Contact Quicken Support. This error requires Quicken Support agents to review logs and provide further assistance. The issue may need to be escalated and may not have an immediate resolution. 

    The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00am PT to 5:00pm PT, Monday through Friday. However, we will be closed this coming Monday (the 5th) for Labor Day.
