Invalid Credentials (Q Mac)

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭
I'm on a Mac. In the US. I've tried with and without VPN, multiple VPN sites. Cannot log in to Quicken on my MAC, but I can log into to Quicken website (in both Safari and Chrome). I have uninstalled, and reinstalled Quicken. I've changed my password. The MAC app does NOT send a code, but the website does. What the heck? Can someone tell me why I'm locked out of my software? I can't even set up Quicken again, because it won't log in.
