Refund from online purchase

Quicken is deceptive in its refund policy. When filling out the refund form, they ask for a copy of the receipt, invoice, or activation code. They never sent me any of them. At least I don't have any in my email inbox. Despite sharing with them a screenshot of my account and the deduction from my credit card, they refuse to refund me.

    We recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance as they can assist you in the process of refunding your Quicken Subscription.

    The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00am PT to 5:00pm PT, Monday through Friday. Please keep in mind that phone support will be unavailable on Monday (the 5th) due to Labor Day.
