    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue with the mobile application. 

    Quicken is meant to be utilized within the United States and Canada, but issues have arisen when attempting to use Quicken outside of these areas.

    Have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall the application on your mobile phone?
