Pentagon Federal Credit Union Error Code CC-502

I am unable to reconnect my accounts at PenFed now getting the CC-502 code saying their website is not currently available. This is NOT TRUE! I can log on to their website at will. Why can't we get connection to PenFed work on a regular basis.
