Latest Chase bank update problems - tries to link my FifthThird bank

The latest Quicken update for Chase bank is causing multiple problems:
1. It continues to try to link my FifthThird bank account to Chase making it impossible to ever update it. If I deactivate the update for FifthThird and then reactivate it, it continues to think it is a Chase account.
2. No matter how many times I try to setup my Chase account, it always asks me to do it again.

Is your Chase account still activated for downloading when you attempt to reauthorize? If yes, deactivate the account first, then reauthorize and Link to the existing Chase register. Some cleanup may be required to get rid of duplicate re-downloaded transactions. Before you reauthorize make a note of the Opening Balance in your account register. It may get changed incorrectly and will need to be set back to the original amount.0

I have deactivated both my FifthThird accounts and my Chase account. When I then try to activate the Chase account, it tries to link it to my FifthThird account. It does not give me any option to do otherwise.
btw I am R43.200 -
In the dialog window with the list of accounts found at the bank where you have the "Link" option, click on Link and, in a popup, make the correct choice from a list of accounts available to be linked.

Does not work....as I said it gives me no option other than the FifthThird one and not the Chase one. I have done this countless times over the 10 year period I have had Quicken and am very familiar with how that works.0
