
My Needham bank account, which has been downloading perfectly into Quicken since I opened it a few months ago suddenly stopped downloading. I do not get an error, nor have I gotten any data starting mid-late August.
The bank claims it has to be Quicken's fault, and I'm inclined to agree, considering the unholy mess they made with my Chase credit cards. How do I contact someone who can actually help straighten this out? I've been using Quicken for many many years, but I am about to give it the heave-ho I'm so annoyed!
