I am no longer able to connect to Incredible Bank.

    Could you please provide more details regarding the issues that you are experiencing? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What exactly occurs when attempting to initiate a One Step Update or an individual account update?

    Just keep getting a message that the website is down...although if I provide the wrong login information it seems to know that it's incorrect. That tells me that it is able to communicate with Incredible Bank but there is something else going on. This has been going on for about a week. No issues prior.

    I have located a Support Article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with a CC-502 error. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    I can see from the screenshot you provided earlier that you are experiencing the error with the first instance shown in the screenshot below. 



    However, can you please confirm whether or not you have also tried connecting using the 2nd instance (IncredibleBank Personal)? If so, what was the result?

    I tried both. Same result CC-502 for both: States website is temporarily down... yet if I provide wrong login information, it gives me CC-503 "login is incorrect..." which means that the website is not down but something else is wrong.

    On another note, I also noticed that since the last update, CTRL+B no longer works to make a backup.
