Setting up, 1st time user of Starter

This is not as easy as they would have you believe. Having no luck in getting my bank into the program. Quicken phone wait times a 30 minutes. Can anyone out there assist?

    If you prefer to have someone live helping you set up, being that you are a new user, I would like to inform you that you do have the option to schedule a one-on-one tour with our Quicken 1-2-3 team.
