Unable to download from PennyMac into Quicken

I've tried repeatedly to download my balance, which I always do every month. What's going on?

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions and balances from PennyMac? Do you receive any error codes or messages?
