Capital One 360 Account Update Issue

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I added a new 360 amount to an already existing 360 account group. Updates to all 360 accounts work fine, except the new account. I have reset and authorized the account a number times to no avail. I contacted Capital One and of course was told to contact Quicken. Very frustrating.

Could you please specify the account type of the new account (checking, savings, etc)? Also, are you receiving any error code(s) and/or message(s) while trying to update this account?
