Citi cc-502 Inability to update

This issue has existed for several days. May be associated with recent change to in webex security protocol. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

    I get as far as downloading transactions message, then unable to update your account error appears. No transactions show as having been downloaded.

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this error with your CitiBank account(s). 

    We do currently have an Ongoing Active Alert regarding users experiencing online banking errors with CitiBank, more specifically users receiving a CC-502 error. You may follow this link to access that alert where you may bookmark the alert in order to remain up to date on any new information, ETAs, or resolutions that may occur.
