Can’t access linked thread

    The moderators archive posts after certain timeframe, and so if you click on the URL that points to that archived post, that is the error message you get.

    You can ask for the moderators to unarchive the post or maybe just ask for them to repost the information in the thread you are in.

    Here is one thread referencing the "open alert" that has been archived.
    Given the date on this thread, I would suspect that in fact it isn't "open" and was closed long ago, and that is why it is archived.

    It isn't that uncommon that financial institutions that have problems have them "fixed" and then later have the same kinds of problems.

    I suggest that you start select New Post from above to post your problem with as much details as possible.
    Also since these kinds of problems are almost always in the "communication flow" that you can't fix it is usually a good idea to contact Quicken Support about them and also submit your problem/logs using Help -> Report a Problem
