For the past 2-3 days, I've been getting CC-569 when trying to update accounts at Evansville Teachers FCU. This is the first time I've ever had trouble downloading from this credit union. The Add Account process also failes.

Hi Jasmine,
When I try those steps, I get to the Set Up Now portion. I type in the institution name and my login credentials. I then get an error: "Sorry. We encountered an error. (It's not your fault.)"
