Chase conversion

OK, I have received the message to convert my Chase connection. After having read and monitored many of the discussions on this topic I am very confused as to what the actual steps to follow are. Can someone point me to the procedure to follow?
I am currently using the windows version R43.26 which is the current version/release.
Thanks.

Successful conversion without issue at this point. I guess I was lucky in comparison to all the horror message I have read.0

BTW, I have received an email that it was time to update, but when I have updated, it did not prompt me to do anything differently. According to instructions, I'm supposed to wait for the prompt?0 -
1st let me say I only had a credit card account with Chase.
Here are the steps I followed based on many comments from others who were successful and not successful.
1. did a backup for safety reasons. glad I didn't need it.
2. disconnected my chase acct in the online services. that seemed to take a while, but I fought the urge to cancel and let it finish.
3. closed quicken which also took a while but it did finish.
4. reopened quicken and selected my chase account. Don't remember exactly what occurred but quicken to me to web signon screen for chase.
5. Did the chase signon which took me through the reauthorization process. At the end it asked me if the account I had in quicken was the correct account, which it was, so it updated the account in quicken with new transactions. It also set the online setting for the account to EWC+,
I think that was the process, I now have some new cleared transaction in my account waiting to be reconciled.
Good luck.0
