Download Transactions (Chase)

every since the chase bank change , my transactions do not download even though it says it did during one step update

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    We will need some clarification and additional details in order to better assist you further. Are your Chase accounts not downloading transactions or accounts with other financial institutions not downloading transactions (please include the name of the financial institutions)?
