Quicken Crashes when trying to add a Citi account

When I tried to add a new Citi account using the automated feature, Quicken prompted me to enter user name and password. After about 15 seconds spinning, Quicken crashed and popped up a dialog box asking if I went to send the log and relevant files to quicken. I saw other discussions saying there could be too many accounts. But when I used a new quicken file with no account, the same problem happens. Any solution to this?
