Chase Authorization

I authorized my Chase accounts as soon as I could, and then downloaded from Chase, however, I rapidly discovered that it had RE-downloaded 2 YEARS worth of already cleared transactions. Believe me, it was NOT fun wading back through all that to actually balance my accounts. However, following that, when I would want to download transactions, it would ask me to re-authorize again. I saw that if it did that, I had to deactivate my accounts and do it again. I tried that, but now it won't allow me to download directly from Chase nor will it allow me to download transactions. This has been a very BAD idea on the part of Chase or Quicken. What do I do now?
