Quicken support will NOT let me downgrade my subscription

I contacted Quicken support to downgrade my subscription from Premier to Deluxe. They said they cannot do that unless I allow them access to my computer to check my files and charge me a $50 migration fee. That is OUTRAGEOUS!! This cannot be true. I cannot allow them access to my computer it goes against safeguard I have. AND to charge me an additional $50 to downgrade when I am trying to save money? What is wrong with this company?
