Question for Community Credit Union of Florida users

Are there any Community Credit Union of Florida members on here? I am having an issue and I want to know if anyone else is experiencing what I am. I have only been using Quicken for about 5 months and this problem existed since i started.

    Could you please go into further detail regarding the issue that you are experiencing? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Is this occurring when running a One Step Update?

    I have addressed it on another comment post. When my transactions download from my financial institution the returns to retail store, like when i buy something and take it back because i did not need it or it did not work. Those returns/refunds are showing up as debits when i do the express download. I examined the qfx file and indeed, the transactions are downloaded as -$0.00 dollar amounts. So I was wanting to try to find someone from my Credit Union to see if they were experiencing the same thing. No one that I have access to at my CU knows how to address the issue. They tell me that they put in a ticket with their IT dept. But that never changes anything and the IT people never call me back as promised. I am just about to just give up using this program.
