New Chase Account Updates will not download new transactions

Quicken Windows - went through the process 3 times. With and without deactivating account, "Update Now" transactions. Says "processing data" Update complete window appears but no transactions come down.

    After the "Chase" update, non of my Chase accounts download transactions or reconcile. It dows show the connection works and it appears no connection issues. All my other accounts work properly.
