Bill reminder missing

Running Premier R43.26 build 27.143.26.
Having a problem with one of my bill reminders for a loan.
It has disappeared. I a have never had a problem with the reminders disappearing. I have run validate and repair and it states everything is ok.
If I go to the loan account and go to payment details/payment options the loan reminder box is checked. Also in payment details the last six months of payments are not showing. These are paid manually and nothing has changed except for Quicken updates.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this and for not having received a response yet.
Do you have a recent backup you can restore? To start with, I suggest restoring a backup file that was saved prior to when this issue started to see if the same issue occurs in the restored file. If needed, please, review this
support article

and open the blue dropdown section(s) titled
Restore Quicken data
and/or
Restore an automatic backup
for instructions on how to restore a backup.
