OL-393-A Error - TruWest Credit Union

My transactions with TruWest Credit Union have not been updated for about a week now. I am receiving an "OL-393-A" error and hoped it would resolve itself after several days. I don't know if this is a temporary problem, or if I need to do something to resolve the problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are receiving this error with your TruWest Credit Union account(s). 

    I have located a support article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with an OL-393 error. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
