Transactions appearing in wrong account

I'm not sure where to begin with this. It looks like all (or a lot) of my Paypal transactions that went through my business account (at the same bank) are also appearing on my personal account in Quicken. It's like Quicken is pulling transactions from two accounts. How can I fix this?

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I apologize that you are experiencing this issue with downloading transactions to your Paypal accounts.

    First, I suggest creating a test file and adding the Paypal accounts to see if the same issue occurs when downloading transactions. You can create a test file by navigating to File > New > Start from Scratch. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding.
