Quest Diagnostics - Unable to Update Billers

I get "Unable to update billers" with a sub note of "Quicken could not retrieve the list of billers. Please try again later." I've done that for the past two days. The bill I received has a Lab Code which I entered and an invoice number. How does this get fixed?

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
