Chase account reauthorization not working

I have been trying to re-authorize my chase connection following the procedure as specified by quicken. However the process is failing for me, specifically with my chase checking account. I am able to connect to chase and it seems to work, however when I get return to quicken the screen displayed which selects with accounts to add to quicken shows all selections as set to don't add to quicken and they cannot be changed. The process has repeated itself multiple times and at this point I have not be able to update my accounts for weeks.

I want to be able to update my accounts in quicken from chase. What needs to be done to correct this situation?

Thanks

I re-authorized Chase which created 3 new checking accounts with the same account numbers that I already had but with the word "TOTAL.." in front of the account #s. ..then the Chase data downloaded to both the old and the "new" accounts .... and now Quicken wants me to "re-authorize" these accounts which I just did .. and got redirected back to Quicken but now Quicken is asking me to re-input my password and nothing happens the Quicken program won't take my banking password so I cannot bank at Chase using Quicken? What's the fix please advise ASAP. Thanks.
