Chase Investment Accounts not being created or downloaded

I seems with the latest changes to Chase connectivity, the investment accounts are not being recognized and are not downloading. When doing the Quicken 'add account' and signing into Chase, all the investment accounts are shown at Chase, but they don't seem to download to quicken. I don't even have an option to add the accounts in Quicken. Only my credit card accounts are shown on the Quicken screen.
Any help would be appreciated.

According to this:the Chase investment accounts have not been switched to EWC+:"Users are now able to switch to EWC+ however, investment users and retirement accounts will not be able to make the switch just yet. If you have already updated your Chase connection, no further action is required."I'd guess that's the source of the problem. It sounds like these are "new to you" accounts? Since the changeover EWC+ hasn't happened yet you'd think that you might be able to connect to them using the Direct Connect method and then convert them to EWC+ when that protocol gets established but I don't think it actually works that way. Presumably when investment accounts start using EWC+ you'll be able to make the connection. If these really are "new to you" then I'd suggest clicking on "Offline Account" to get the Accounts set up in Quicken and running them manually until you're able to download.0

Sorry @Tom Young I read the announcement wrong!
@Tom Young read that announcement again. The last comment in it says that the investment accounts are switched to Express Web Connect +.
Users have been told to switch over since Monday. The announcement as usual! is out of date.
The switchover started last Monday (the 19th).
I have already done this on Sunday night (before the general announcement when I saw it enabled) in a test data file. I have also seen some people report doing it and getting duplicate transactions (I didn't get any).
And note you want to be on R43.32 because of this fix:
As for the original problem with them not showing in Quicken I'm not sure I can really give answer to why that is happening.
Please do note that the financial institution name is different for investment accounts and banking/credit card accounts:

Users are now able to switch to EWC+ however, investment users and retirement accounts will not be able to make the switch just yet. If you have already updated your Chase connection, no further action is required.
Thank you!

I can't believe this. I read the email wrong mostly because starting on last Sunday I was able to switchover investment accounts in my test data file, and I have seen others post that they have switched accounts.
But look at this crazy email they sent out!
Look at the date it was received, and when they say they are going to be finished, and then the cutoff date!

And from my real data file when starting One Step Update:

Nope I'm not going insane. I was searching my email and because I deleted the second message remotely I didn't see it in my local Outlook trash folder and I thought I "imagined it". But looking on Gmail.com I found it:

I updated my Chase bank accounts on Sep 3 and my investment account on Sep 19. Like many folks, I had an issue with some duplicate transactions downloading and the opening balance changing on my bank accounts. I deleted the duplicate transactions and corrected the opening balances and they have worked fine since.
When I updated my investment account, it downloaded about 3 months of duplicate transactions which I deleted. It has worked fine since.
One unusual item is that when I updated my investment account it changed the downloads for my checking and savings from Chase to Chase Investments-New. All are working fine, I just found it strange that the change was made automatically and I haven't read of this particular change on the forum.
For the record, I have been running a file with the changes (EWC+ through Chase Investments-New) in parallel with a file without the changes (Direct Connect through Chase and Chase Investments-New). The only differences are that EWC+ includes pending transactions (while DC doesn't) which can cause reconciliation timing issues. Also, the investment account through DC appears to update at the end of the day while EWC+ only updates once a day.1
