I haven't been able to update for several months. Quicken says its TD, TD says it's Quicken. I continue to see error code 297-A. I have to import from TD to get transactions

Hello @serp,
Thank you for coming to the Quicken Community to share your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
I have located a support article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with an OL-297-A error. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup (just in case).
As per the FAQ:
If the issue is not resolved after following the steps above, you will need to contact your financial institution to resolve this issue. Quicken does not have access to the financial institution's servers to correct the problem. This may require you ask to speak with an online services specialist that handles transaction download issues at the financial institution. If your financial institution states they can't assist, an escalation with the financial institution may be necessary.
Thank you!-Quicken Jasmine
