How do I sync from Quicken Mobile to Quicken Windows?

I need to create a transaction report for 2021, but I can’t do it in Quicken Mobile. I want to sync my account in Mobile to Quicken Windows without the information disappearing. How do I do this? Can I do this?

    Hello @lindamller,

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community with this question. 

    I suggest you initiate a cloud sync on your desktop application and then initiate another cloud sync on your mobile application after opening it. You can initiate a cloud sync on your mobile app by swiping down on the home screen.
