Sunset Science Park Federal Credit Union CC-503 error

Question

I have been able to perform a one step update in the past, but have not been able to recently. I receive a CC-503 error and have confirmed the login username with the credit union website and also when using the update username and password under the "fix it" options of the CC-503 error it successfully logs in through quicken. They just recently performed an update to their systems which may be contributing to this.
