upgrade from 2008 windows version to newest macbook version

Hi,
i'm user of 2008 windows version, and i would like to upgrade my quicken to a newest version, but i don't want to losing any history data. and also because i already change to macbook platform a would like use macbook version of quicken.
do you have a suggestion about this.

If you haven't already, please take a moment to review and follow the instructions found in this support article in regard to converting your data file from Quicken for Windows to Quicken for Mac.
Also, please note that since your currently user Quicken for Windows 2008, you may need to convert to Quicken 2013 first before converting to Quicken for Mac. You can find instructions on how to do so in this support article.
