What is the red circle with a slash mean next to Bank of America account in Quicken?

When I clicked on it, it freezes the Quicken program. I am using the latest Quicken Windows version since yesterday and reconnected the Bank of America account to the new connection method which is frustrating in and of itself but that would be a different discussion.

The red circle icon means that the account is closed.
There are only two ways to recover from a closed account when you didn’t intend the account to be closed.
The first is to restore from a backup before the account was closed.
The other is to create another account and move the transactions from the old account to the new one.
Here is how to move transactions between accounts.

I did not close the account. This happened after I connected through the new connection method. This account is quite old and I don't want to have to move transactions!! What are you talking about?0

That reminded me of another discussion, which might be down the same lines:

Unfortunately what seems to be what you should do to clear it is hanging Quicken for you.
About the only thing I can suggest is to contact Quicken support:

I think I fixed it. I deactivated the account, reinstalled Quicken then reactivated the account. The problem is with this new Bank of America - Quicken financial institution that is what is used with the new connection to Bank of America.1
