Transfer between accounts at Bank America no longer working

I regularly transfer money between savings to checking at my bank in the Online Center.  I made a transfer earlier this month and it worked fine.  Now it failed with no errors.  The Quicken account information is updated correctly and the transfer dialogs indicate the transfer occurred, but the Online Center still shows as "not sent".  When I try to close Quicken, it reminds me the transaction was "not sent".  The Bank balances are unchanged.  Is this a Quicken bug?

You can only cause a transfer to happen if your account is setup for Direct Connect, EWC/EWC+ can not do it.  If you just went thru the BoA transition, you are setup for EWC+.

-splasher using Q continuously since 1996
    - Subscription Quicken - Win11 and QW2013 - Win11

To expand on @splasher 's correct answer, the Direct Connect method allows for a "two-way" dialogue between the Quicken program and the financial institution.  That is, not only can the financial institution send information to the program, (downloads of transactions), the program can send information to the financial institution, (e.g., "transfer money between my accounts").
EWC/EWC+ only allows for information to flow from the financial institution to the program, so your ability to create a transfer between Accounts inside of Quicken and then see that happen in in your BofA accounts is gone.
Now you need to initiate the transfers by logging into the BofA website.
