I cant get Quicken connected to my Chase Account.

Question

I can log into my Chase account for any device and I used it routinely to download and update my Credit Card Account but now I've tried 3 times to log onto that site through Quicken and although it says it was successful and will redirect me back to QUICKEN all it dies is sit there and nothing happens.  There seems to be as screen that I can get to but all that does is have a spinning update wheel.   Now I cant update my Chase Master Card account.
