Empower Retirement Account Error CC-503

Hi, I have been trying to add my 401K account with Empower Retirement. This account requires a validation code to access it. Please let me know if this account can be added as a connected account. I have received error codes CC-503 and CC-929 while trying to add. I use a user name and password to access my account but not an email
