chase linking issues

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
as of 9/30/22 Quicken and chase have changed the linking so downloads of transactions can be downloaded in to Quicken for Winds - but it does not work - i keep getti :( ng error message OL-301-A - I have gone through all the propts - I get emails from Chase saying " you have agreed to share data with Quicken" - help

Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I apologize that you are receiving this error with your Chase account(s).
Could you please check your connection method? You can do this by navigating to Tools > Account List.
