I can’t delete an online bill; mistakenly added one for “Synchrony Bank” (JCPenney card financial holder) and one for JCPenney card; the one for Synchrony Bank never updates, while the one for JCPenney card does; I find no way to delete Synchrony

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.
To remove an online biller; in the Bills & Income tab, please navigate to the Settings gear icon on the top-right, and select Manage Online billers. From there, in the Actions column, click on the downward arrow next to Edit Password and click Remove (see example below).
