Ticker Symbol on Holdings tab
MitchelS
Does anyone know how to get the ticker symbol to show on the holdings tab of an investment account? Is there any investment report that shows the ticker symbol? I'm surprised this isn't already a part of a report or a register. Thanks for any help!

The Portfolio Value report shows the ticker symbol.
You can also customize the portfolio tab views to show the ticker rather than security name by going to (at the upper right) Options > Customize Current View > check the box "show symbols in name column".

I am not aware of a way to get the ticker symbol to show up on the Holdings tab. Actually, I think that is a good idea. It is an optional setting on the Investing Portfolio tab so why is it not also an optional view setting for the Holdings view in the Account Register?

But I believe that every Investment report that shows individual securities already allows for the inclusion of the Tickers. If you are not seeing that in your reports then go to the upper right Gear icon at the top right of the report in question to open the report Customization popup. Make sure that on the Display tab the box for Symbol is checked. If the Symbol option is not visible, click on Reset Columns.
