One Step Transaction Erroneous Error

When I close Quicken it tells me there is still a transaction to update where there are none. I even have the update flag next to that account. This has occurred since the latest Quicken software update. I have tried:
* Updated again with One Step
* Validating the file
* signed off and signed back on again
* Uninstalled and Reinstalled Quicken
The notice still persists.
How do I remove this notice.
