Quicken does not update
I spent two hours with one agent. I told her that when I try to update, the screen will show"Set up a new cloud account." She uses Screen Share to say to me what to do. She did the same thing for two hours, called quit, told her to come back in two hours, and checked Quicken. She did get rid of "Set up a new cloud account." However, when I try to update. Quicken does not update anything. I use Mac.
