American Express and Chase. I was able to successfully download several times after the recent Chase change. However, now all my credit card downloads return with "There are not transactions to download" message. There seems to be an issue with Quicken itself rather than the particular credit card company.0

Thank you for providing us with additional information about what is happening.
Currently, there is an Open Alert regarding American Express that may be related to the situation at hand. You can follow the link provided here for any additional information or future updates.
Also, is there any way you could provide screenshots of the message you're seeing - with personal information redacted as necessary? You can follow the steps explained in this FAQ in order to do this. Also note that you may drag and drop your images into your comment in order to submit images, as well.
I look forward to your response.
Thank you,

Jared, thank you. I do not think it is the issue you referenced above because I am able to connect to both Chase and American Express.
The issue seems to be that the transactions have downloaded somewhere on Quicken, are flagged for review (although I have no clue where they are), but do not show up on the downloaded transactions tab.
I am posting a picture of the screenshot regarding Amex. You can see the red flag that indicates there are 68 transactions to review, however if you see below under "Downloaded Transactions" the count is zero. So it seems Quicken was able to connect to Amex, retrieve the transactions, however, I am uncertain where those transactions are to review as they are not included in teh downloaded list or in the account register.0 -

This person is having the exact same issue I am experiencing. Appears they just re-installed Quicken. Do you know how to do that? do i have to re-purchase it?

Hello @RAH,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community!RAH said:Appears they just re-installed Quicken. Do you know how to do that? do i have to re-purchase it?
However, after you have uninstalled and before you proceed with reinstalling, please open your Windows File Explorer and navigate to This PC > C: Drive > Program Files (x86) and delete the folder titled "Quicken" (doing so does not affect your data files). After you have deleted this folder, go ahead and try reinstalling.
I hope this helps!
