Quicken will not download transactions from Chase. Most recent transaction was from 9/15/22

I downloaded the software update then I tried to update transactions. It thinks it's all downloaded but there is nothing beyond 9/15. Help!

    Chase has discontinued support for Direct Connect (DC) and Express Web Connect (EWC).  Both have been replaced by Express Web Connect+ (EWC+).:  Messages about Chase account connection updates.
    Have you reauthorized your Chase account(s) for EWC+?
    You can confirm the status of your download connection method directly beneath the Account Name shown at the top of the Account Register(s) in question.  If it says it is set up with EWC+ then reauthorization has been completed.  If it shows DC or EWC then you need to complete the reauthorization process.
