One Step Update

I've been having issues with one-step update for weeks. It's not downloading new transactions. I can sometimes fix the issue by updating an account individually. Sometimes I have to reset the account. Often the update window will be blank at the end of the process. Sometimes it's blank and there are updated. When I reset the account I get dozens of new transactions that have already been cleared. I compare the financial institution statement with Quicken. The institution shows the transaction as cleared, Quicken doesn't. Frustrating.

We will need some additional information in order to better assist you further.
Are you experiencing this with multiple accounts across different financial institutions, or are they all with the same financial institution? If the same, could you please provide the name of the financial institution? Also, are you receiving any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) that you can provide us with here, please?
