Citibank Detailed Download Issue

Hi, just subscribed to Quicken. First step was to try to download my Citibank transactions, checking, savings and credit cards. All r available on my Citi on Line log in, but Quicken only seems to be able to recognize and record the balances not the details.

The error message I keep getting is "Download Error (-28) Quicken is unable to update your account...."

Can someone help with a similar experience and possible resolution? Thanks.

    I have located a support article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with a (-28) error message. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting (just in case).
