Bank of America Downloads locking up Quicken

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I imagine this has something to do with BofA's cutover to EWC+ yesterday but starting this morning, every time I try to download from BofA with Quicken, it either complete ignores the new transactions (says the last time I downloaded was 9/30/22 which isn't true) or if I go to online center and download, Quicken completely freezes and locks up.
