Bank of America EWC+ attempting to update closed account

Recently I was switched over to EWC+ and whenever I attempt to update transactions I receive the following error.

"Your financial institution connection(s) need an update

The following financial institutions are transitioning to a different connection method. To continue downloading information, please update the connection for the following:

<Account Name> - Reauthorize

Remind me next time"

The account the error message is referencing has been closed for over five years and is listed as closed in Quicken. I have four other Bank of America accounts that do work fine, I'm just not sure why this old closed account is coming up. I have other closed accounts with Bank of America that don't have this issue, just this one.
