Unable to find existing HELOC account when reauthorizing WebConnect

When I noticed that my HELOC account was not updating, I checked to find that Quicken has marked the loan as paid off (That's not correct). Using WebConnect, all efforts to reauthorize the data sharing from Bank of America have failed since Quicken no longer recognizes the HELOC as an existing account (resulting in my loss of past data). Restoring past saved files has not worked either .... Any suggestions how to get back my data & restore this account?
