Chase Bank - Not Downloading transactions after One Step Update

One step update completes wit Success but no transactions download. I have reauthorized and still nothing

Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community with this issue.
We do currently have an active alert regarding Chase users being unable to download transactions after reauthorizing their accounts. You may follow this link to access that alert where you may bookmark it in order to remain up to date on any new information, ETAs, or resolutions that may occur.

I also have transactions since September 27 that have not downloaded since I enabled EWC+ on two credit card accounts.0

:s I gave up and switched to MoneyDance. It downloads fine and even my store cards Quicken did not. Less expensive, works just fine, not as many bells and whistles but...0
