Unable to contact Quicken Support

I have been having a problem doing "one step updates" since the beginning of September (when a major update was made to Quicken (Windows). I have attempted to contact customer support (chat) and customer support (voice), but neither of the link buttons goes anywhere. As it stands right now, I have almost half a month of Discover Credit Card transactions that I can't download using the "one step update" link. I have a quicken account and Quicken ID, but still can't speak there for assistance.

You can also call the Support number that is listed in your online account for Quicken.com.
