Voya Not Downloading OL-362-A

Using one step update, it says Voya is downloading data where a Quicken account doesn't exist. Any suggestions?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I apologize that you are experiencing this error with your Voya account(s). 

    I have located a support article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with an OL-362 error. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
